造血-循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育與穩(wěn)態(tài)
主要從事造血-循環(huán)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育與穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機(jī)理研究。通過(guò)整合遺傳篩選、遺傳定位和活體成像、單細(xì)胞分析、生化分析和小分子化合物大規(guī)模篩選等研究手段,探索微環(huán)境信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控中胚層組織器官共發(fā)育、穩(wěn)態(tài)維持及相關(guān)疾病過(guò)程的分子機(jī)制。近期重點(diǎn)研究:(1)血管與造血干細(xì)胞協(xié)同發(fā)育;(2)血管網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成及穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控;(3)造血干細(xì)胞歸巢及增殖分化的分子細(xì)胞調(diào)控基礎(chǔ),聚焦若干跨膜蛋白質(zhì)分子、酯/脂質(zhì)分子及膜動(dòng)態(tài)平衡為核心的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機(jī)制研究,積極推進(jìn)相關(guān)人類(lèi)疾病致病機(jī)理及臨床轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用研究。
