課題組主要致力于統計遺傳學、多組學(如基因組、轉錄組、表觀遺傳組)研究以及人類復雜性狀和疾?。ㄈ缫钟舭Y、阿爾茨海默癥、帕金森氏癥、精神分裂癥)的大數據分析。通過結合統計遺傳學方法和組學大數據,祁婷博士在鑒定疾病易感基因及解析復雜性狀和疾病的遺傳調控機理等方面積累了豐富的研究經驗。目前,課題組的主要研究方向包括但不限于如下幾個方面:
1)在單細胞水平上進行分子表型(如基因表達, DNA甲基化)的遺傳學研究,并探索其與復雜疾病的關聯性;
2)多組學數據整合鑒定復雜疾病的治療靶點和生物標記物;
3)統計遺傳學分析方法和軟件開發。
